Support our work
Everyday in the UK people take drugs. Because drugs are illegal, the supply is unregulated meaning there are inconsistenies in quality, strength and purity. This unregulated market puts people at risk. People don’t know what they are putting into their bodies. The Loop exists to change that.
We provide non-judgemental, evidence-based drug checking and harm reduction services, working in partnership with event organisers, local authorities, health services and communities. Our aim is simple, to reduce drug related harm and hopefully, save lives.
When you donate to The Loop, you help us:
Deliver on site drug checking services at city centre sites across England
Deliver on site back-of-house drug testing at festivals and events
Provide tailored harm reduction advice to people who use drugs
Alert communities and services to dangerous substances in circulation
Train professionals in harm reduction approaches
Contribute to research that informs better drug policy
Your support directly strengthens our ability to respond quickly to emerging threats in the drug market and to share lifesaving information with the people who need it most.
Test & Know
Each year we’re set to deliver more regular drug checking and testing services than previous years, often operating multiple mobile labs at different locations at the same time. The need is growing - we need more labs and your support.
We’re asking you to donate what you can, whether that’s £12 to ‘pay it forward’ and cover the cost of testing one substance or as much as you are able. Every contribution helps reduce risk and has the potential to save lives - donating more helps us do more. If you would like to donate to this campaign, use our widget!
