MDMA Pill Update - 2026.

9 in 10 pills tested in 2026 contain over 120mg MDMA. A common adult dose of MDMA is 80-120mg. Pill strength remains highly variable, and even similar looking pills can be different strengths.

There are around 90 MDMA-related deaths in the UK each year. The Loop continues to see minimal evidence of adulteration in the UK pill market. A single pill is likely to be more than a single dose.
